Payment & Coverage
All Naturopathic consultations are GST exempt. Most extended health plans will cover the cost of your visits. Check with your insurance provider to determine your level of coverage.
Please note that a valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking to hold your initial appointment and will be held on file. Credit card information remains locally secured and is only accessed either
1) at your request or
2) should there be an outstanding invoice of longer than two months or lastly,
3) if there are cancellation changes that need to be applied. An invoice will be emailed to you and you will be notified before payment is ever taken.
Should payment not be received at the time services are rendered, an invoice will be created. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience to arrange for payment. As a reminder: outstanding balances after 30 days will be charged to the credit card on file.
